God willing, we will be holding our youth weekend on 15th-17th November. Bookings will open here at 9pm on Sunday 8th September.

We are very sorry but the weekend is currently fully booked. We are managing a waiting list so please continue to complete the form and we will add you to the list. Alternatively there is space for day visitors on the Saturday.

The weekend is being targeted for teenagers, school year 8 and above. We hope to be able to accommodate everyone who wants to join with us but if there is very high demand, then we will maintain a waiting list. As in previous years, places would then be prioritised for the target audience and on a ‘first come, first served’ basis.

To help us with the arrangements, we do ask that you send payment promptly and in advance of the actual weekend. Details for this will be sent to you in a confirmation email after processing of your booking. The cost is £16.50 for the weekend or £12 for a day visitor on the Saturday. However, we wouldn’t want this to prevent anyone from coming, so please contact us if support is required.

Please also note that for all under 18’s a consent form signed by a parent / legal guardian is required. This can be downloaded here and must also be sent in advance with your payment.
